Does Feng Shui During Pregnancy Affect a Child’s Fate?

Translator's note. The central claim of the whole practice layer, stated in its plainest form: the feng shui of the house where the mother spent her pregnancy sets the level a person's fate will occupy, and everything afterwards can only polish within that level. The mould metaphor does all the work. It is worth reading beside the two essays on the true dragon point — the same argument, one from the side of place and one from the side of time.

What is pregnancy feng shui?

It is the natural feng shui environment of the house in which a person, while in the mother's womb, spent most of the mother's pregnancy — and specifically the environment within fifty metres of that house.

It also includes, during the pregnancy, the natural feng shui environment within the small pattern of the mother's ancestral graves and the father's ancestral graves.

Whenever we speak of feng shui here, we mean the feng shui environment of natural science, not humanistic feng shui. If we meant humanistic feng shui, then prenatal education, personal relationships and the like would count as pregnancy feng shui too.

Pregnancy feng shui is the natural environment in which a person grows from a fertilised egg. The natural environment has an enormous influence on the formation and growth of every person. In a toxic environment, a child may be born with a congenital disability. In an environment with cats and dogs carrying parasitic disease, a child may be born liable to all kinds of stubborn illness. In an environment with strong electromagnetic fields, a child is quite likely to develop leukaemia. These are the visible effects of pregnancy feng shui.

The more important side of pregnancy feng shui is this: it has a decisive influence on the level of a person's fate.

Because pregnancy feng shui is a mould. Whatever the mould, ten months later it produces that product. If the mould has defects, the product — the child — will have defects of every kind.

If the mould of pregnancy feng shui has the defect of “short life,” the child will be short-lived. If it has the defect of “poverty and begging,” the child will be poor and beg. If it has the virtue of “great wealth,” the child will be greatly wealthy. If it has the virtue of “high office and honour,” the child will hold high office and be honoured.

Pregnancy feng shui is the mould that produces a person. The quality of the mould decides the quality tier of the person produced. Where the finished product is used, and how it is ground and adjusted — that is the work of acquired feng shui. But if the product came out with a congenital defect, no amount of use, grinding or adjustment will turn that defective person into a flawless one.

Everyone in the world spends money hiring tutors, sending children to cram schools, buying tonics — never realising that if you choose the mould of pregnancy feng shui well, you need no tutors and no cram schools at all, because your child will be so intelligent as to succeed by self-study. Why would such a child need to be taught by others?

“Do not lose at the starting line” does not mean not losing at nursery and primary school. It means not losing at pregnancy feng shui. Lose there, and there is no hope left.
